MAY I GET A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE?

Impactful Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of products. We do not offer refunds on Dr. Walt's Natural Essentials products; sales are final. If a customer cannot receive their products due to undeliverable circumstances, we will request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you - even if shipping fees were waived for the customer during purchasing.
Exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective Chase Apparel products by mail. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. All items purchased using a discount code are non-exchangeable. When shipping back an item, exchanges will not be made until the final product as been received.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING?
Impactful Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Once products have been shipped and USPS tracking information states "Order Delivered," Impactful Enterprises, LLC does not hold responsibility for any packages that lost or stolen after they are confirmed as delivered by USPS.
After your order has been placed, payment approved, and processed, your products order will ship via USPS unless otherwise specified. Your final total/transaction price includes taxes and shipping. There is a handling fee for all products that are shipped.
If an invalid shipping address, the customer will covering additional shipping costs after the items as been returned to Impactful Enterprises by USPS. We will request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you - even if shipping fees were waived for the customer during purchasing.
USPS Ground Deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present.
After your products are shipped, Impactful Enterprises, LLC will send a shipping confirmation email to the customer's email address for each order to include the tracking number. Please report all missing shipments to USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
